ABOUT HRD JOURNAL
Aims and Scope : Human Resource Development Journal promotes aspects of practices and research that explore issues of individual, group and organizational learning and performance, wherever they might be located. HRD Journal is an academic journal for scholars of human resource development and related disciplines.
Types of Articles :  Human Resource Development Journal publishes articles that make academic and theoretical contributions to theory development, foundations of HRD, theory verification, and comprehensive reviews of the literature. The article is subjected to be reviewed by two blind peer reviewers. The length of the article should be within 20 pages. Author information should be provided on a separate sheet.
